I have a proven track record of team leadership, process automation and analytical innovation/visualization. I operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, and I’m persistent in my effort to drive continuous improvement.
I take a "first principles" pragmatic approach to solving problems. I'm fluent in my ability to use operational metrics and P&L analysis to communicate comprehensive stories about process challenges, opportunities and problems. I have spent tens of thousands of hours extracting operational and budgetary insight from the data that I've worked with, and have a track record of innovating, developing and implementing innovative solutions for businesses. As an operational leader and data driven business analyst, I will dig deep into existing systems and processes to identify root-cause challenges and problems, and then strategize an optimized response to minimize/eliminate them.
As an individual who values integrity and positive attitude as critical components to effective collaboration and leadership, I find a deep sense of purpose and pride in developing people and helping companies grow. I’m confident in my ability to develop and communicate a unified team strategy and vision for anyone that can’t see the possibilities, and have a knack for applying creatively effective solutions to old problems that many operational teams face.
